Before It's Too Late 5 (5)

Story Image

After losing someone he loves, Jungkook returns to Seoul with a quiet realization he can’t ignore anymore - life is shorter than we think, and the words that matter most shouldn’t wait.

So he invites Jimin over for dinner.

What Jimin doesn’t know is that this dinner isn’t just about pasta and candlelight. It’s about a confession Jungkook has carried in his heart for years.

Because some things are too important to leave unsaid.

…life is shorter than we think… Indeed.
I’m reminded again and again that with confessions, there’s everything to gain, but also everything to lose. Yet, with this story, the all-powerful force of time flips the coin – what if you didn’t have the luxury of time to play the game of gain and loss at all? What if the biggest loss is actually the feelings of love dying a quiet, wordless death?
The famous verse It's better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all seems fitting here.
Fragile and softly touching, this is an insightful story.

A lesson in life that we should definitely follow. You should always try and tell the person o persons that you love that you love them. Sometimes I think that I bug my kids too much by doing that, but lately I have been on the receiving end and that really warms my heart. JK finally has the courage to tell his loved one how he feels and finding out that love is reciprocated is undeniably the best thing in the world. This is such a warm, pleasing, peaceful wonderful story. CJ hats off for writing such a wonderful story at this time in your life. Loved the music!
